An unusual career, one conviction.

Before she was Dr. Yolanda White, she was a real estate broker leading award-winning teams and managing multimillion-dollar portfolios. That experience never went dormant — she now owns and runs Reliable Resources Management, LLC, and still leads with the same operational discipline she built in corporate real estate.

She serves as Senior Pastor of University United Methodist Church, in Wichita's Fairmount/Shocker neighborhood — the same neighborhood where she was raised. Ministry gave her a second vocabulary for the same leadership questions she'd been asking in corporate rooms: who is this decision actually serving, and who gets stronger because of it?

Her doctoral research at United Theological Seminary focused on developing a mentorship model to empower women leaders, giving scholarly structure to something she had already practiced for decades: helping people grow through intentional relationships.

She also serves as character coach for the Wichita State University women's basketball team — a role that has nothing to do with plays or box scores, and everything to do with how young athletes carry themselves under pressure, on and off the court.

Corporate leadership, ministry, research, and coaching are usually treated as separate careers. For Dr. Yolanda, they've been one continuous practice: leadership that refuses to happen alone. Speaking is the room where those experiences now come together, allowing Dr. Yolanda to bring more than three decades of leadership lessons to audiences beyond the organizations and communities she already serves.
